Exteriors? cut a little piece of an object?

Hello,

I have a question, because i cant make an exterior, what i really want.

Iam mapping some little thing for a RP server, and now they asked me to creat a bank.

Its very difficult to me, because it msut to be in exterior type. I saw in a few server that kind of bank, and i cant figure it out how this is possible. How can I make this? Can I cut a little piece from an object? for example : a door, or an enter zone, and after then i can evolve a whole exterior inside an object.If you can help me, please leave a comment.
