php-nuke help....new gta website

Hey guys I am really new to PHP-Nuke and well I kno its very easy to update and stuff and I hear good things about it. Anyways I am trying to get up a good GTA website its called "GTA-Projects" and well this is what I have so far.... http://www.GTA-Projects.tk

And well I am looking for like ab out 2 more ppl that kno wut they are doing and have good PHP-Nuke skills and can help me turn wut I have into something like http://www.thegtaplace.com/

what will it have for content

is it a mods site, a news site, a gangs site, a gta info site, etc?

well i plan on making it a downloads/mods site and a news site for sn andreas and shizzle like with screen shots and stuff......
