hi guys please can any one tell me how to connect mysql server with putty . (linux)

Why would you need putty for linux when you have terminal. Except if you mean to use putty to ssh into a linux server from a windows computer which would be

mysql -u username -p 

use databaseName; 

"Your mysql query" 

ect
