Need help with my forum.

First sorry if i posted this topic on the wrong place.

Yesterday i created a forum for my freeroam server , i found a realy cool skin but i no know how to manage skin ( to change logo , buttons , etc etc ) i mean , i no know CSS.

so can anyone who know CSS help me , or tell me how i can example the URL of some button. etc etc.

i use IP.Board 3.4.5
