Error starting the server [CentOS] [HELP]

Hi, today I decided to make a MTA server, to install I followed the steps of this tutorial viewtopic.php?f=106&t=71159. I got to do all the steps correctly, but want to start the server I get this error

I followed the steps https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Fixdb, yet you still see the problem. Please help
