Does MTADiag run? If it does, you don't need to install vcredist_x86.

during install of vcredist_x86 i got that problem

Did you run vcredist_86.exe as an administrator? Make sure you have the latest Windows Updates, too. Run a virus scan as well.

OK, forget about auto-uploading. After running MTADiag and receiving the error, don't close MTADiag but instead open an Explorer window, type %temp% in the address bar, then find an MTADiag-Log text file. Open it, upload it to pastebin.mtasa.com and post the link here, then close MTADiag.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I still need to implement backup uploading to regular Pastebin.
