Help With Peds

Ok so im making a TaxiJob.. and their is a problem with the peds

the peds show but i onyl want them showing to the taxi drivers please help fix this problem!

You cant make the peds visible to the taxi drivers only simply because, like wiki says :

these objects are required for accurate sync (they're physical objects that contribute to the physics engine)

There are some elements that you can make visible to the taxi driver only, like markers and blips for example, but not vehicles, players, objects and peds.
