Cruckes Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Hello. I have a MTA-SA server and it shut downs at every morning. My VPS' OS is Debian 7. -Cruckes
MIKI785 Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 I have Debian 7 as well and never had any problem with server crashing/shutting down. Are you sure the VPS didn't reboot? Check the uptime.
bradio10 Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 This can be the server hosting company doing that to refresh their servers. I know a server hosting company does this for their game servers. Not sure why exactly they are doing it for a VPS because they should be kept on 24/7, but that's the only thing I can come up with as to why this is happening. I suggest contacting your server hosting company and ask.
Cruckes Posted June 17, 2014 Author Posted June 17, 2014 Hello. Thanks for your replies. There was a problem with one resource and it made mta-server use more than 1,2gb ram. Edit: So the mta-server process was terminated.
