small meta.xml behaviour question

The wiki isn't clear in this thing, since it just says:

type: The type of source code: "client", "server" or "shared".

Well, I understand it perfectly.

It says "the type of source code", so, if his script works both client and server, then he can simply use "shared" instead of writting type="client" and type="server" in two separate lines.

Thats exactly why I questioned it, to me that wiki page does not clarify it, so instead of going unsure I just decided to ask.
