guys help me out everytime i online at the morning UTC+8(PACIFIC TIME) the server is always offline...then appears online with 0 players then it says connection timed out but in the afternoon like 5:00 the server became online and thats the only time i can join the server BTW the server im talking about is SAUR UTOPIA..help me out i really need help..
