Hello , Guys please i have a question how can i disable freeroam Gui i mean when a player join my server he can't use F1 etc and he will not find cars etc ...

No, I want to stop it forever not from the console. I mean when a player joins my server he can't use F1 etc.... Just play not Freeroam GUI. more than that when i try to remove this from mtaserver.conf :

"play" startup="1" protected="0"/> 

Then when I join the server I can't see nothing.

if you remove the resource "freeroam" from mta server config file it won't run when server is started, and is F1 your own resource or are you talking about the freeroam GUI being bounded to F1?

just i want to create my own gamemode when a player join my server he can't use F1 ( freeroam Gui ) .

Simply delete the resource and the game mode for freeroam is "Play"

and just use your new game mode you will create

Play is just spawning of the players and few cars around the spawnpoints really... the GUI is freeroam. So just remove freeroam from the config and leave play there.
