I NEED HELP MTA (gta3)

i dont know wut 2 do ok i start it up and the i click on start mta and then

it shows like the credits for mta it says finally th mta and so on and i cant

skip it and start playing plz tell me wut 2 do or how

two fix it. and i will help u in any way i can
