How do I check if an event is already running?

But note that it's from version 1.4.

No, that function already exist in MTA 1.3.5.

@jr10 : Oh to bad, i'll have to wait until 1.4 then, is there no cheap fix for it? cuz I hate when the server keeps saying event already running

You can simply remove the hander and add it again. Or add a variable which specifies if it's handled or not
