You are still getting "This program cant start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer" ?

If so, try again:

If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again.

Ok, try this:

Find the GTA San Andreas install directory and rename the file eax.dll to eax2.dll

Ah, someone else had a DirectX problem on windows 8.1, and he did have BitDefender as well. So could be.

Well maybe BitDefender thinks MTA is a virus of some kind maybe? I know its no virus but I know there is none that is for sure I will try to find out how to give MTA a exception for its FireWall

Well I didn't work there is just like something totally wrong. I want to switch Anti-Virus but to Rodgers but my father will not allow it

Well... I uninstalled it and that didn't do anything so I am guessing I cant really play MTA again?
