[PROBLEM] Can't connect to my server, MySQL and without it.

Hey everyone, i can't connect to the server, i was pretty upsed while trying to fix my mysql and get my server work with the database, i finally got it to work and now i cant connect to my server like it says entering game and then comes the CD16, disconnected: cant connect to server error, i tried connecting without the mysql being on. Im getting CD16 error that cant connect. I tried restarting my server several times. There might be something wrong with the scripts but i dont know. Heres my console, i hope someone can help me to fix this problem, its doing the same with mysql and without it running. (Im running MySQL trought my hosting providers phpmyadmin) Someone who could take a look at my scripts or help me privately, contact to me on skype, sorry for bad english. Skype: ohhdzire (When i made the database it asked something cant remember, my database its on some UTF-8 version and should it be different?) Is it about the mysql?
