How to do so people on IRC don't need to use !say before the text?

I'd appreciate help as soon as possible, here or through PM or IRC. #mta, #mta.scripting, #mta.dev

also ingame you see this when someone types on IRC

(or something similar to that)

how to change that to?

Go to scripts folder. Edit the echo.lua.

Did you even read the settings available in the meta.xml ??

change the value to true:

value="true"
