hello im new here and im not sure this is the right place to post this

but my friend she got a error "cc23" and ive been looking around and couldnt find how to fix it so now im asking you guys for help. does any one know how to fix the error "cc23"? it would really be helpfull thanks if you can

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again.

Post any Pastebin URL MTADiag gives you.

• Audio driver
  
• Chipset driver
  
• Storage driver
