Clients Crashing

Edit: Not sure if this is the right section because it is my server that has the issue but the clients are the ones crashing.

I have this problem on my server for the last 2 weeks now, random clients keep crashing throughout the day including my self and my admins. I have watched for any kind of errors in the debug log but I don't see anything that stands out.

How do you view the dump files? I tried with a couple different dump file viewers without any luck. Also, what are the differences between the private and public dump files?

If anyone could give me help on this it would be greatly appreciated. The dump viewers I have attempted to use hasn't worked or I would try to fix this myself. This is causing people to leave my server out of frustration. If I could even be pointed in a direction it would help me.
