Script-Add function to script-can use only Admins,SMods,Mods

I have freeroam server and I need one more thing. So, I want to ask, how can I do to make this script could use only for: Admins, Moderators and SuperModerators - can you help me please?

Open up ACL. After group name you want to restrict resource to write this line:
