FPS drops - weird sort of short slow motion

Hey , while i'm playing on mta:sa (Twisted Gamers server)

i had this weird sort of a short slow motion it happens while i'm moving backwards

i don't know what's the problem that causes this and i tried playing on my local server i didn't have the same issue :3

do you download and install new programs in your computer ?

maybe issue from virus. scan your computer in boot-time with avast and make you sure avast up to date.

or you can try kaspersky virus removal 2014 (free).

Dude this has nothing to do with programs or viruses my computer is totally clean ..

i've updated my display card diver recently and i'll never update my drivers from the site you provided as it's not a trusted website

I can't really get this problem clear at the video since i cant access the server today

i recorded a video on my local server * i couldn't get the problem so clearly *

but i just found that it happens even in my local server here's the video :

at 0:38 and 0:42 and 1:55 you may see it
