I also cant start the game in fullscreen ... if i try to start it in fullscreen, the screen gets black, then white, then black,then white and finally it stays black and i cant do anything.
Only way to start is to start MTA in a window, but, as u can see, that graphic bug is there.
I use a laptop and got a NVIDIA 740M graphic card ... when i start " standard San Andreas " , the game works perfectly without any graphic issues.
I hope to get some help ...

By the way number 2 ... " Nividia optimus detected "
Edit 3 : sometimes i got that " direct3d create device error " ... but actually the game is starting, but still with issues!

i have a really weird graphic bug and i would be quite happy, if someone could help me to fix that.
