simple skin command dont work

Hello i start scripting and i have try to make a command /skin id

function setPedSkin(thePed, command, skinID)

setPedSkin ( source, skinID )

end

addCommandHandler("skin", setPedSkin)

Why its dont work ?

Use setElementModel .
