Admin isn't working

Hey guys, I made a server but I can never get my admin panel.

Yes I have added my name to the acl () .. I have registered on my server, but all it says is "login: You successfully logged in" but the admin panel doesn't come up.

It doesn't say Press P to access your admin panel.

Please help, and I hope you guys can understand what I said.

Check your mtaserver.conf and check to see if the resource is set to startup
