MTA problem

Hi i have a problem with my MTA.When I enter the game I get an error Turn Off Compatibility Mode and im often forced to press OK to leave me to play.In MTA sometimes i have lag but i have a good notebook.Look at my specifications:

Intel Core i7 Mobile 4500U 1,8 ghz 2,4 ghz with turbo boost 3 ghz

Ram 8 GB DDR 3

Nvidia Geforce GT 750M 4 GB Dedicated VRAM

I play MTA at very high settings.

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again.
