Help with Lua (.sct file)

Hello. I got an doubt, but is not about MTASA.

I got some files in .sct format, i need to decompile that. How i can do that with lua? I allready have try to use luadec.exe but without success.

Sometimes appear "Decompiled using luadec etc.." but dont work
