abdalbaset
how i cant Use FTP or SVN? i need hosting or i can do it on my own pc? Link to comment
Noki
FTP is easier to set up. Make sure to look up what each one is and the advantages/disadvantages. Personally, I'd use SVN. Link to comment
qaisjp
abdalbeset. Where is your server located? Do you run your own on a dedicated server, on a VPS or on a hosting solution? For the first two, you may want to check how to set up FTP or Git (Git is much better than SVN, but they both do the same things) for your specific operating system. For that matter, you should tell us what OS your dedi or vps has - if you have one. If you host your server through a hosting solution, there should be options in the userpanel to set up FTP (but version control features like Git or SVN may not be provided). Good luck. Noki
If you host it locally, there is no need for FTP or SVN or anything like that. Link to comment

Cruze
Just tell him to give you these maps and scripts, don't be lazy. Link to comment
qaisjp
Since it looks like it's not a serious server, I advise that you just ask him to give you the maps and scripts instead of going through the hassle, but if you want to allow him to upload maps/scripts whenever he wants I advise you to go for the FileZilla Server option.
