When I try to access any page on it, it says the page could not be loaded. I can access a cached copy of the site. Should I do that? I'm using Google Chrome if that helps. Link to comment

Every page from his site I try to open I get an error saying it couldn't connect, but I can access cached versions of the site fine. My connection is fine too, so I don't know what the hell's wrong.
