hi i wanted to ask what does this option do?

sometimes all my drivers freeze at once while playing mta does this option prevent that orr? i just want to know what that option is if someone can explain.

Disable driver overrides tries to stop NVidia, or AMD or Microsoft applying their 'special' GTA:SA graphics changes, as they can interfere with MTA shaders - I doubt that setting will fix your freezing.
