Constant radio crashes

Hey guys, my problem is whenever I turn radio on in-game MTA, i crash with the following message, this happens so often that when other people's cars with radio on pass by me in-game it causes me to crash with the same message.

• Audio driver

EDIT: Unfortunately, i still experience crashes regarding the radio issue, any other possible solutions?
