I can't open Map Editor

Hey. Help me please, I can't open Map Editor it doesn't download...

+I reinstalled MTA & GTA san andreas. HELP HELP HELP

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again.

Run MTADiag again and enter 'n' when asked if MTA works now, then post the link it copies into your clipboard here.

After extracting, run MTADiag.exe. Enter 'n' when asked if MTA works now, then paste the link it copies into your clipboard here.

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver
  
• Ethernet driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
