Which host should I use?

Three days ago I payed for a MTA server using HostSpree, I haven't been able to get on it at all; just keeps saying "connection timed out". All my friends get the same message when joining it too. I made a support ticket, but they're not helping in the slightest which is rather frustrating.

So I'm looking for a professional, reliable and helpful place to pay for hosting. Any suggestions?

I'd recommend Vortex Servers. I've used them in the past. Topic was in the wrong location so I moved it.
