MTA:SA [Help]

So I was playng MTA and shut it down for a little bit.Then when I try to put it on later its drops Information tab and says

An instance of GTA: San Andreas is already running. It needs to be terminated before MTA:SA can be started. Do you want to do that now ?

I press "Yes"

Then another Information tab

Unable to terminate GTA: San Andreas.If the problem persists, plase restart your computer.

I restart it does not work. My GTA is clean no mods no CLEO mods.I tried reinstall MTA:SA and GTA:SA does not work plase I need help I can't play my MTa:SA anymore because of this

Try to end gta_sa.exe process in Processes tab, in Task MAnager
