I have the account name of a player how to get the player element starting from that account name

well, you've gotta write the account each time a user is logging in, logging out, changing his nickname. Then you are able to read the stuff from there.

But what if player is not logged in or the player is not actually online?

No offense, but you're making no sense.

The functions TAPL posted can obtain the player element from an account, if the player is not online, it'll simply return false.

What's wrong? What if he wants to get the last used nick from some account? That does make sense.
