Problem with all false

Hi guys . Just made a race server . Everything was going fine until I gave admin to one of my friends . And he tryied to open admin panel but he couldn`t . I solved that problem but when i looked into the acl file all were on "false" . So how to make them "true" but faster not to type them all .

If you use software such as Notepad++, you can use the Replace All feature (Ctrl+H).
