[Help me] I can't join servers [Help me]

Everything started yesterday, when I tried to connect to a server, I logged in the server with my account and then *NETWORK PROBLEM* Appeared in my screen. Then it went back to server browser screen and I tried to join again but it said "Connection timed out" So I restarted MTA and my 2 favorites servers (Both marked as favorites) Were with 0 ons, instead of 200 and 400 , but they were in some dark, gray letters, instead of white letters. Then when I tried to search another server there wasn't, I change the browser speed to slow and I tried to search a server and in the bottom of screen it said: Requesting master server list (0-10,000, going from 0 to 10k fast) MS ellapsed. Then some russian servers appear and if I try to search the players in a server they just don't load it just keeps saying ...load players... , when I try to connect to the server it says Connecting to IP . .. and then it says Connection timed out.

I already changed the browser speed to slow, I also added MTA to the list of allowed programs in the firewall but nothing works. Please help me

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes and try again.

I downloaded a RIP version of GTA and the logo of it is a big K . .. And when I open MTAdiag it says there are missing files, can you give me a link of full GTA ? :c

The missing file is \text\american.gxt :c Is that a problem ? Or I don't know what to do. That's what MTAdiag says

Please put this american.gxt in your GTA San Andreas\text\ folder and try running MTADiag again.

Make sure gta_sa.exe is allowed by your firewall, and try to connect to here:

mtasa://46.105.46.97:22103

When I try to open MTA a pop-up appears and it says:

Error! (CTRL+C to copy)

Load failed. Please ensure that the latest data

files have been installed correctly.

And when I press accept another pop-up appears and it says:

MTA: San Andreas

Do you want to see some on-line help about this problem ?

I can't open MTA. PLease help me ,I've added gta_sa, mta launcher and mta to the allowed applications list on my firewall in public and private networks

After I downloaded the MTA (New one) The stop playing with yourself screen kept a while and when MTA was going to load the MTA window got closed and another pop-up appeared:

Go to where you installed MTA (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.3 )

and zip up the files inside this directory: MTA\dumps\private\

and upload here: http://upload.mtasa.com/

and give the link

1) Download the installer again: https://mtasa-resources.googlecode.com/ ... -1.3.4.exe

2) Run and install into this EXACT directory:

 C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.3\ 

3) Run MTA

If it crashes again:

1) In Windows Explorer, find this folder:

 C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.3\MTA\dumps\private\ 

2) Make a zip (or rar) of all the files

3) Upload here: http://upload.mtasa.com/
