mta crashes after start - no idea!

hey, i did everything possible and it still doesnt work..

only i did not use mtadiag cause it doesnt work and c++ visual's installator is chinese (????)

i just show my errors when entering mta:

Yes, i use it as windows xp, as admin.

firstly

yes, i tried every option

which mean: gta sa windows - application error

instruction from 0x7261545d appeals to memory at 0x0000000000. Memory can not be read. Click OK to terminate the program.

i installed net framework 4.0, was reinstalling gta 100 times, no idea.. Can you please help me?
