hello, my keyboard was fucked so i give my laptop to a professional to fix it and format it. today I got my laptop back and I cant run my mta/gta sa

I get this

was looking in google and here but i can't find something related with my problem.

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes and try again.

mtadiag cant start because MSVCR110.dll is missing, I download and install it still does not work.

I try install visual studio 2012 and 'is not a valid Win32' :#

already re-intalled gta and even run...

Please put this american.gxt in C:\Users\PC\Desktop\GTA san andreas\text\ and try running MTADiag again.
