Como hacer algo así..?

Bueno, hace tiempo atras ví este video:

Alguien sabe como hacer algo así? Creo que el video es muy viejo, aun se puede hacer algo como eso? si es que pueden ayudarme un poco

Investiga si eso se hace modificando mta o es de un servidor, aunque yo pienso que editaron mta.
