Needing GTA:SA, where to buy it?

Firstly, I thought about Steam. But as I need to replace the .exe, Steam could ban me, no?

Does anyone know another site where I can buy it for 10€ (euro) with PaysafeCard?

There are no consequences to modifying any game downloaded from Steam. Besides, I think Steam uses a different exe name for the game so all you should need to do is drop a 1.0 EXE into the folder. It shouldn't even overwrite anything.
