Resource? You need a program to record, like fraps, bandicam etc.

If you mean playing a video IG, afaik impossible or extremely.. extremely.. difficult (if you want to create every pixel using dx images the size of an atom mwahaha) you can although, play a sound/multiple sounds/3D sounds.

Do you mean the shot where his car was being seen from a distance? If so then you can use

setCameraMatrix 

for that

I'd highly recommend you not to use FRAPS since that software is way old and out of date. I'd instead recommend DXTory as it records better, has more options to tailor it to your liking and it doesn't have anywhere near as big an impact on your performance as FRAPS do.

And like Driggero said, you can utilize setCameraMatrix to get shots like that. Simply use some invisible marker or colshape. Whichever pleases you.

Atoms aren't even remotely near the size of an pixel. You might wanna read this

yeah the idea is to record the car with a camera away mut it isn't for people to see it when they play. it's just for the recorder to use as a tool to improve the work!
