Loading vehicle upgrades on map start

addEventHandler("onResourceStart", getRootElement(), setPlayerWheel) 
addEventHandler("onMapStarting", getRootElement(), setPlayerWheel) 

I want to add an upgrade at mapstart. Is this code right?

afaik it looks good but i think it should be like this

local id = tonumber ( id )   
local car = getPedOccupiedVehicle ( thePlayer ) 
addVehicleUpgrade(car,1079) 
end 
addEventHandler("onResourceStart", getRootElement(), setPlayerWheel) 
addEventHandler("onMapStarting", getRootElement(), setPlayerWheel)
