I'm sorry but it's disgraceful that you are publicly identifying your customers, especially a 12 year old for god sakes, regardless of their behavior or action. If he's a troublesome customer, terminate him. He's a 12 year old child, his behavior is not unexpected and the fact you have placed his full name online is appalling. I definitely would never purchase hosting from your company, you don't respect privacy.
