MSE should be detected by Windows unless you have manually turned off anti-virus detection in Windows Security Centre. Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes and try again.

The problem still persists and the pastebin link I got was invalid: pastebin.com/error[No code2 specified] The pop-up still...wait for it...pops up. (ba dum ts)
