The server has been down for exactly 6 and a half days now, and on the one day that it was online, it lagged like hell for every single player ingame. The download was slow, the support team are idiots and don't reply if they even come close to coming to the point where they need to hand out a refund. They just ignore you. So plan on seeing the mess from the old management cleaned up by our team If we do keep the current clients over there then they will be shifted over to our hardware/network among our 6 locations worldwide. I sold the company about two to three months ago to Nick and agreed to continue working on the company. I suggested many ideas to Nick in how to improve it and he never listened or did the suggestions. In the end I sent this email to him: http://puu.sh/4SzDu As soon as I sold it they moved all my files and clients over to their new node. They can NOT blame my staff as I never had anyone, it was just me and like I said it was at least 2 months ago I sold it. Anything from now until 2 months ago is Nick... There was a subsidiary of vortex running LatencyHost for the last few months but we have been busy with our other web properties. So we decided to turn it into a business orientated host. No need to get your panties in a bunch, just seems like a mis-understanding on your part. Anyone is welcome to grab a server from Vortex to experience what it is like with our services.
