There's tons of RP servers and most of them are dead, I don't think your server will be/make any difference from other servers, AKA : You wont get a great playerbase. If you're not able to script, you're really going to get into trouble later on with your server, incase there's important bugfixes that need to be done, people hack into your server, etc...
