Line is automatically deleted HELP ME

Hello I'm making a map of race to a server.

In case I want to add a script.

I add the normal line. goal, go to the map editor and saved.

When I return to target, rows are deleted of meta and the script does not work.

The only line in the file this goal that is

     

I do not know what line is this.

That's something the map editor adds to your map to remove world models ( if you removed any ), and not sure if it's also used for something else.

Hello solid, In my folder I have it

Ok, the two files with the name Puma I put in the folder, now I put the meta file lines

Now, I go the editor saves the script to function normally. and the line simply vanish.

@reaction because of your pm.

Well no you can't prevent that the line will be overwritten if that is your main problem.

What I do is making a backup from the meta.xml (create and extra folder for the backups)

Then open the map and edit it. When I am finished with that and saved saved the map, I copy the backup meta.xml back in it's place.

It is just something that can be solved by spending a little bit more time at administration.

he deal is that the script is part of the progress of the map.

Ie. for it to be finalized, I need to test script running next to the map.

But every time I add a line in the META and will save map editor, they simply disappear

Well then I will recommend you to make a backup and place it every time the meta back, after saving the map.

As far I know you can't disable the overwrite functions from the editor.

Why do you need to test with the editor?

You can also test it manually, by just start it from admin after you saved it and put the meta back.
