MTA Crashing with Dual Monitor setup

I've recently acquired another Monitor and tried playing MTA but it crashes everytime I try to join a server/mapeditor.

The main menu loads up fine but as soon the game tries fading from black to the world I get an instant crash. I've linked my MTADiag

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

Here you go, I would like to add. When it is running only one single screen it works, otherwise it just crashes with Dual.
