Is it possible to replace effectsFXP/TXD files?if it does then how?

i think that you can't do that,i think that u need to use shaders to change effects

If you are talking about DFF and TXD, you can replace them, I'm not sure what the hell FXP is though lol

No,open GTA file>models>effectsFXP That defines the shape of fire,smoke,etc.

Im asking if i can replace it not DFF files but it does have a TXD file

I don't believe that you can replace files that are outside of the GTA3.img, but you could use shaders.
