MTA Doesn't load

First, try removing cleo.asi from the GTA install directory.

If that does not help, zip up the contents of:

C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas 1.3\MTA\dumps\private\

and upload here: http://upload.mtasa.com/

then give the link.

try to find any other cleo file left or any modification in GTA San Andreas folder and delete it(not car and weapon mods)

Yes, try removing all *.asi files from your GTASA directory.
