Eyefinity bug, and mta took the fix as modified files

Hello Mta Community. I have a Eyefinity sistem, and mta takes my resolution (3840x1024) but the hud has errors.

I put in the game a fix, in SA the fix works fine, but mta says i have modified files and not let me play

I hope I can fix it and thanks.

Hola Comunidad Mta, tengo un sistema eyefinity. El Mta me toma perfectamente mi resolución (3840x1024) pero el hud presenta errores, igualmente es jugable. encontre un fix para el hud que funciona bien, pero el Mta me dice que hay archivos modificados y no me deja jugar.

Espero pueda solucionarlo y gracias de antemano.
